Aero Performance Products, Inc. Reports Completion of Consolidation of Warehouse Facilities

Move of corporate offices targeted for July 1, 2008
SOUTH JORDAN, UT--(MARKET WIRE)--May 14, 2008--Aero Performance Products, Inc. (Other OTC: AERP), which operates Aero Exhaust, Inc., a world leader in performance exhaust airflow technology and NASCAR Performance Partner, today announced that the company has completed the move of all of its warehousing to its new facility in Bluffdale, Utah and is continuing the build-out of the facility to include Aero’s administration, product development and marketing.
The consolidation of warehouse space included the closure of the company’s warehouse facility in California and transport of all Aero product inventory to the new facility. Build-out of the offices within the facility is ongoing, and the company expects to have all of its administration, product development, marketing, and other office functions move to the new location by July 1, 2008.
Aero’s focus is to reduce its operational costs while strategically growing the company and increasing revenues. The build-out of the new facility is the second phase of the company’s plan to improve product availability to meet the ongoing demands of the growing domestic and international distribution network created in the first phase.
