ROANOKE RAPIDS, N.C., Feb 19, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Roanoke Technology Corp. ( RNKE ) announced today that it has entered into an Affiliate Agreement with CSI - Raleigh, one of the largest independently owned Agency Offices of Cardservice International, Inc. in the United States.
