DiChain, a company to be listed in NASDAQ, is the motor of the development DiChain Holdings.
It is reported that DiChain Software, subsidiary of DiChain Holdings, will be listed in NASDAQ by shell acquisition no later than this June. The company will become the first Chinese software company to be listed in NASDAQ.

DiChain Software did not release the name of the acquired company, the capital raising target and other details.

According to VP of DiChain Holdings, Liegu Gai, since the company is listed by shell acquisition, US Securities and Exchange Commission does not require the company for road show. But for the purpose of market promotion, the company will launch a road show by itself. The company is actively engaged in the preparation of the road show for the moment. It is estimated that the road show will begin this month.
To Solve Capital Bottleneck by Listing
When interviewed by reporters, VP of DiChain Holdings, Liegu Gai pointed out that the successful listing of DiChain Software in NASDAQ will establishing a pioneering example for the Chinese software companies to march into NASDAQ. This also means that Chinese software companies have realized the dream of marching into international capital market.
According to Mr. Gai, the largest difficulty for the development of the domestic software company is the insufficient capital. To be listed in NASDAQ is a good way to provide capital for the survival and development of Chinese software companies.
