ايش اسباب الارتفاع اليوم لهذا السهم ؟؟؟

هذه الشركه تقوم بتقديم خدمه الأنترنت والتوصيل بشبكات الشركات عن طريق الهواتف النقاله و اجهزه الكمبيوتر المحموله والبالم ..... وقد طرحت اسهم لشركه في بدايه العام الماضي في عز طفره الأسهم ب 15 دولار للسهم الواحد ..... لكن الأقبال على خدماتها لم يكن بالشكل المتوقع حيث لم يتعدى عدد المشتركين معها عشرات الالاف ... ومن البديهي ان مثل هذه الشركه لا يمكنها تحقيق أرباح مالم تكن لديها قاعده كبيره من الزبائن حتى تحصل على ايرادات أعلى من التكاليف التي تتكبدها .... ففي الربع الثالث مثلا وال1ي كان أعلى ايرادات في تاريخ الشركه بلغت الايرادات 10 مليون دولار بينما بلغت التكاليف 30 مليون وبالتالي بلغت خسائرها 20 مليون دولار ....... ومع استمرار الخسائر هبط سهم الشركه الى اقل من دولار في الشهور الماضيه

اليوم جاءها الفرج عن طريق IBM التي ستقوم للترويج لشبكه هذه الشركه وتسويقها في مقابل ان تستعمل هذه الشركه برامج ومنتجات اي بي ام .... وبالطبع فان هذا سيزيد عدد زبائنها وبالتالي سيخفف من خسائر الشركه ... ولذلك ارتفع السهم اليوم تفاؤلا بمستقبل الشركه ....

GoAmerica shares more than double on IBM deal

NEW YORK, Dec 11 (Reuters) - Shares of GoAmerica Inc. (GOAM) more than doubled in value on Tuesday after IBM, the world's largest computer maker, said it would resell the company's wireless technology to its customers.

GoAmerica's shares climbed 114 percent, or $1.28, to $2.41 in morning trading on the Nasdaq, where the stock was one of the most active issues.





Shares of IBM were up 0.99 percent, or $1.18, at $120.80 on the New York Stock Exchange.

New Jersey-based GoAmerica makes technology that enables employees to access corporate data or surf the Internet from wireless handheld devices such as a Palm or laptop computer.

Under the deal, International Business Machines Corp. (IBM) said it would resell GoAmerica's wireless technology to its customers as well as jointly sell wireless products with GoAmerica to other businesses.

As part of the deal, GoAmerica and IBM said they have established joint business teams to work with customers to implement the necessary hardware and software required to set up wireless networks.
