Chyron Corp.
CYRO (OTC-BB)
Industry: Office Equipment
Price as of March 16 - $0.39
Long-term Target - $1.20 - $1.50

A streamlined, focused leader of broadcast graphics used in digital TV, CYRO has an insurmountable edge over their competition. With a strong presence in the broadcast TV media industry, CYRO’s graphics products make up over 70% of the installed base of such tools for live broadcast in the U.S.

Since the beginning of the year CYRO has announced that its systems will continue to be used by ESPN. The company also estimates more than 200 systems in live event trucks will need to be replaced over the next several months. In addition to ESPN, CYRO’s systems are being used by the NFL and NCAA football, the NBA, NASCAR, NHL, the Olympics, and major league baseball

In late February CYRO announced that they will be introducing a new line of high definition systems and software at the National Association of Broadcast show in April. CYRO anticipates a corresponding increase in the demand for their new high definition products with the demand for high definition broadcasting on the rise.

In early March CYRO announced that it has successfully restructured and reduced its debt load 74% to $4.7 million. CYRO also announced fourth quarter sequential revenue growth of 44%. At the end of 2003 CYRO's cash and cash equivalents increased 218% to $7 million.

With a significantly improved balance sheet, CYRO is now prepared to capitalize on new opportunities in the field of high definition graphics. Opportunities that will help strengthen the company’s already powerful, broadcast market presence.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

DynTek Inc.
DYTK (NASDAQ)
Industry: Computer Services
Price as of March 16 - $0.75
Long-term Target - $1.20 - $1.70

DYTK is a rapidly growing profession services firm that provides technology, management, and cyber security solutions to commercial, education, and government clients. With over 350 clients and $49.38 million in annual revenues DYTK is a re-energized organization with excellent long-term growth potential.

The second fiscal quarter was a pivotal turning point for DYTK. The company implemented financial and operational changes designed to create a stable environment for future growth. From an operational perspective, DYTK made significant investments in recruiting and training additional sales and technical talent in their key markets.

The company also restructured their field operations in order to reduce their administrative expenses by over $1 million annually. As a result of investments, expense reduction, and increased capitalization, DYTK is projecting positive earnings from operations in the third fiscal quarter.

It’s no secret that DYTK is on the right track. In February DYTK reported that RestauranTech has acquired the exclusive licensing rights to the company's updated flagship product ProductivIT, for use in the hospitality and gaming industries. DYTK also recently announced that the New York State Office of the Attorney General has awarded DYTK a $4,056,000 purchase order as part of a five-year contract to provide IT Help Desk Services.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

New Dragon Asia Corp.
NWD (AMEX)
Industry: Food Processing
Price as of March 16 - $0.97
Long-term Target - $1.75 - $2.40

NWD is one of the top flour manufacturers and instant noodle producers with a ubiquitous presence in Mainland China. It is estimated that the instant noodle market in China, the world's most populous nation with over 1.2 billion people, is worth an approximated $2 billion; with an annual growth rate of 20%.

Despite having a well-established network of 200 distributors and dozens of easily identifiable brands, NWD’s share price has been subject to investor trepidation. International outbreaks of SARS and more recently, the Avian Flu put NWD’s share price on hold. But the end of SARS and the waning memory of the Avian flu has seen NWD bounce back.

In December NWD announced that it has received an initial order valued at approximately $700,000 for flour from the purchasing agents of KFC in China. The company also reported that it has begun product shipments valued at approximately $600,000 to a Korean customer, the company's first order outside China and Hong Kong.

While NWD won’t be releasing their year end fiscal results until late March, the company said that it expects net income for the fourth quarter ending December 25, 2003 to increase between 8% - 10% over the same period in 2002, with revenue climbing between 5% - 10%.

As for future growth, NWD has a targeted strategy to acquire additional plants and expand their customer sales base and product lines.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Zamba Corp.
ZMBA (OTC-BB)
Industry: Software and Programming
Price as of March 16 - $0.14
Long-term Target - $0.35 - $0.50

ZMBA is a leading customer care services company. It has more than 300 successful customer-care implementations and a client roster that includes Compaq, Hertz, Nortel Networks, Warner Music Group, and Xerox.

Yet, despite a recent top 10 ranking in Business Journals Top 25 list for Internet Support and Commerce, a lower demand for IT consulting has kept ZMBA’s share price at bay. Fortunately, tight controls on spending and progress on other fronts have helped ZMBA weather the tough times.

For the nine months ended September 30, 2003, ZMBA’s revenues fell less than 1% to $8.4 million. Net income before extraordinary item totaled $2.4 million vs. a loss of ($8.4 million) in the same period in 2002.

During the third quarter ZMBA accelerated the company’s plan to be a leading implementor of Microsoft based CRM (customer relationship management). To this end ZMBA has forged a strategic relationship with Axonom, an award winning software provider that significantly enhances Microsoft's core CRM functionality.

Additionally, to deal with the revenue shortfall in the company’s core Customer Care services business, ZMBA has increased their sales teams in Toronto, Dallas, Los Angeles, and Minneapolis.

These actions, combined with the eventual increase in corporate IT spending will help ZMBA return to profitability.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

FATS Inc.
FATS (OTC-BB)
Industry: Electronic Instruments & Controls
Price as of March 16 - $0.56
Long-term Target - $0.85 - $1.25

Those of you who have been subscribers of PeterLeeds.com for some time will recognize this one. The undisputed leader in firearms training systems, FATS is a well run, talented company whose true upside potential is still looming on the horizon.

FATS announced a $500,000 contract, in the beginning of 2004, with the Greek Hellenic Police to upgrade its police training systems in time for the Athens Olympics. The company also established a new cooperative research and development agreement with the U.S. Air Force Research Lab.

In February FATS reported third quarter revenue growth of 32%, while year-to-date revenues were up 5.5%. Additionally, recently undertaken cost control initiatives are beginning to produce positive results in both gross margin and operating income.

Still FATS does have a couple hurdles it need to clear. As of December 31, 2003, approximately $71 million in long-term debt and mandatorily redeemable preferred stock is classified as a current liability for the company (with a maturation date of October 15, 2004). Until concerns over the company’s negotiated financing are rectified...FATS share price could remain dampened.

In the long-run though, the increased demand for homeland security, and law enforcement & military training practically ensures FATS of long-term sector growth and increased shareholder value.

CEAPRO INC.
CZO (CDNX)
Industry: Pharmaceuticals
Price as of March 16 - $0.51
Long-term Target - $1.55 - $1.80

If you’re looking for an uncut gem that is still flying below the investment radar...CZO may be your answer. CZO is posting record revenues, their market presence is expanding, and they’re introducing new products.

CZO is a leading biotechnology company that develops and commercializes natural products for medical and animal health industries. CZO also produces AccuScreen, a diabetes test kit for the early detection of type 2 diabetes and impaired glucose tolerance.

In early March CZO posted record total revenues of $2,424,000, a 51% increase for the year ended December 31, 2003. Net income for 2003 increased 281% over fiscal 2002 to $442,000.

Major highlights for the year include significant increase in sales volumes (72%), the introduction of AccuScreen, and the negotiation of a major new animal health agreement. 2004 also saw the launch of two new active ingredients, 'Drago-Calm' and 'Avena-Lipid, as well as a new veterinary therapeutic product, 'Dermal Complex'.

This is the second consecutive year that CZO has reported net earnings and is confident that this trend will continue. According to company CEO Dr. Mark Redmond, "The corporate goal for 2004 is the further creation of shareholder value through establishing leadership positions in our markets".

Consolidated EnviroWaste Industries Inc.
CWD (CDNX)
Industry: Waste Management Services
Price as of March 16 - $0.52
Long-term Target - $0.85 - $1.40

Based in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada CWD is a leading processor of wood and other organic wastes in Western Canada, Florida and Georgia. The company markets and supplies biomass boiler fuel for electric generation facilities, charcoal manufacturers and **** and paper mills as well as bulk landscaping products in each of these regions. It also packaged soil products to major Western Canadian retailers.

In October CWD announced that its subsidiary, Consolidated Resource Recovery Inc. of Florida has successfully negotiated a two year green waste processing contract with Indian River County, on the East Coast of Florida. Revenue is anticipated to be approximately $2.75 million over the life of the contract.

This contract, which will generate new revenues over and above Consolidated Resource Recovery Inc.'s existing contract revenue, signals the re-emergence of the company in the Eastern Florida marketplace.

In September 2003 CWD reported its third consecutive profitable year on revenues of $24.4 million. And on March 9 CWD reported first quarter earnings of $153,515 compared to a net loss for the comparable quarter of ($163.923). On top of that CWD announced that revenue for the quarter rose 4.8% over the comparable quarter last year despite an approximate increase of 15% in the value of the Canadian dollar versus its U.S. counterpart.

While the company is looking forward to 2004, they note that Canadian and U.S. exchange rates, and weather patterns will continue to have an important impact on the company’s results.

Pearl Patent Enforcement and Royalties Ltd.
PAL (CDNX)
Industry: Other Financial Investment Activities
Price as of March 16 - $0.37
Long-term Target - $0.65 - $1.10

In a time when intellectual property theft in the United States alone has been estimated by the American Criminal Law Review at $300 billion per year, the stakes are enormous...and so are the potential profits.

As the only publicly traded company that provides financial and legal help to victims of intellectual theft, PAL is well positioned to capitalize on a niche market worth billions.

PAL’s strategy involves funding a portion of legal expenses in return for a percentage of the settlement or judgment obtained, and future ongoing royalties. How does all of this benefit investors? PAL pays out to shareholders, by way of a cash dividend, 50% of the net revenue from any settlement or judgment of up to (approx.) $7.75 million, and 75% of net revenue above $7.75 million.

The company continues to await decisions, both from the Court of Appeals for the federal circuit, with regard to the Pordy/Land O'Lakes appeal, which was argued on November 6, 2003, and the Gaus/Conair appeal, which was argued on January 7, 2004. Under an agreement with Dr. Gaus, PAL has a 25% interest in any revenue from Conair as a result of this litigation. With Dr. Pordy, PAL is entitled to receive 50% of any recovery from the lawsuit, including future licensing revenue or royalties.

In the long-run, PAL’s objective is to have a significant number of cases in various stages of negotiation to ensure a steady stream of revenue flowing to the company from settlements and judgments. It is also anticipated that once a sufficient number of cases have been resolved, steady revenue will flow from royalties.

IFT (CDNX)
Industry: Computer Services
Price as of March 16 - $0.90
Long-term Target - $1.65 - $2.20

Another diamond in the rough, IFT is North America’s leading provider of kiosk security and management software solutions. IFT also has an impressive client list, which includes: Chase Manhattan Bank, Coca-Cola, Merrill Lynch / HSBC, Procter & Gamble, The Pentagon, U.S. Army, Navy and Marines.

In December, IFT continued its trend of profitable growth announcing first quarter revenue growth of 125%. Net income for the quarter was $64,941 compared to a loss of ($62,485), one year ago. As at October 31, 2003, the company had net working capital of $519,037, and cash and cash equivalents of $1,405,155, as compared to a working capital deficiency of ($333,622) and cash and cash equivalents of $1,010,657 as at July 31, 2003.

The positive growth figures stem from a disciplined but aggressive business model focused on the deployment of conveniently located kiosk networks with consumer funded convenience fees now generating the vast majority of the company’s transactional revenues.

Going forward, tracking new kiosk deployments and the growth in transactions is an excellent measure of the company’s performance and potential for growth. For example, one year ago there were 37 kiosks offering a suite of personal financial services (PFS) generating 53,810 transactions. For the quarter ended October 31, 2003, the number of PFS kiosks has increased 478% to 214, and has generated a total of 183,824 transactions. While this represents a small component of IFT’s total installed base, it represents the fastest growing and most profitable component of the company’s network.

A recent research report suggests that the number of kiosks deployed over the next four years in North American and European will increase 79%.
The company’s primary focus for the year ahead will be to build out its network of terminals while continuing to increase traffic and add revenue to the operators of large convenience store chains.

ADB Systems International Ltd
ADBY (OTC-BB)
ADY (CDNX)
Industry: Computer Services
Price as of March 16 - $0.28
Long-term Target - $0.70 - $0.95

ADBY is also in a rare and enviable position; despite the difficult economic climate and lack of corporate IT spending, ADBY has been reporting significant incremental gains and revenue growth.

ADBY software products help companies source, manage and sell their assets for maximum value. They currently work with a number of customers and partners in a variety of sectors, including the asset-intensive oil and gas industry, to improve operational efficiencies.

In February ADBY announced that its joint business venture, GE Asset Manager, has signed a customer agreement with Kraft Foods. ADBY also reported that the National Health Service (England) is expanding its use of ADBY's software solution. And in December ADBY announced an agreement with GE Aircraft Engines.

Based on recent customer announcements, ongoing cost-containment activities and the seasonal influx of customer support fees, ADBY anticipates positive cash flow from operations in the first quarter of 2004. All of which could help ADBY realize its full potential.

Stockgroup Information Systems Inc.
SWEB (OTC-BB)
SWB (CDNX)
Industry: Computer Services
Price as of March 16 - $0.30
Long-term Target - $0.90 - $1.35

A financial media and technology company, SWEB continues to be one of those undiscovered companies in a rare position: they’re profitable, they have no long-term debt, their revenues are growing, and they are winning over new major accounts.

While SWEB has been trading in a fairly tight range over the last year, we don’t expect them to stay that way for long. In the fourth quarter of fiscal 2003 SWEB reported their fourth consecutive quarter of revenue growth. In fact, SWEB’s fourth quarter revenue increased 78% over the same period in 2002, and their year-end revenue was up 54%.

Additionally SWEB is strongly positioned for scalable growth. Over the past year SWEB has been busy signing up some of the biggest names in the industry. The company developed a partnership with the largest news company in the world, the Associated Press, who is now actively selling SWEB’s joint products to their customers and members. SWEB was also selected by SunLife to manage the Investor Relations portion of their corporate website, and Google to provide advertising for its clients.

What does the future hold for SWEB? For the first time in the company’s history SWEB is executing their business plan from a position of strength. They have cash, partnerships and are positioned to improve all aspects of the company's performance and profitability regardless of what happens in the economy.
