نعم طال عمرك... امر مو طبيعي... وردت الشركة ببيان بعد الاغلاق توضح موقف مجلس الادارة مما حصل...وساحاول الترجمة بكل دقة يقدرني الله عليها... حيث بينت الاتي اقتباس:

ان شركة(نورث قيت للمعادن) قد لاحظت تداول كمية كبيرة لاسهم الشركة بعد جرس الاغلاق مباشرة(بعد الساعة الرابعة بتوقيت السوق) في السوق بسعر 1.01 وهذا خارج مدى التداول في ذلك اليوم كذلك لا يتماشى مع سعر تداولة في بورصة تورنتو الكندية حيث يتداول سهم الشركة هناك ايضا. وان الشركة تريد ان تؤكد للسوق ان الادارة ليس لديها اي علم في اي تغيير طرأ في الشركة بما يتعلق باصولها او وضعها المالي او اي عامل اخر قد يؤدى لذلك التداول غير الطبيعي الذي حدث خارج وقت السوق: بعد الساعة الرابعة...

ان شاء الله السهم وضعه طيب خاصة في وقت مثل هذا عليه طلب وهذه الاسهم(حوالي خمسة ملايين سهم) في اعتفادي استفادت منها المحافظ الي خذت بالاسعار الرخيصة ومن صالحهم ان يرتفع سعر السهم والمحافظة على قيمته... ممكن يستغلون قلق المتداولين(حضرتنا) ويحاولون اخراجهم خاصة اهل الستوب لوز... لكن كل هذا يبقى تكهنات ويوم الاثنين لناظره ان شاءالله قريب...

واسفين اخي على التأخير لكن ماانتبهت الا متاخر...

موفقين... وان شاءالله الامور ماتخوف... واحد قطله كميه طبيعي يصير جذي... ونتابع الاثنين...ممكن يصير عليه pre-market قوي...
