أما على LOG فهناك كسر واضح للترند الذي باللون الأسود
ولكن لن يؤدي إلى أنخفاض كبير إلى بعد كسره للترند الأزرق

When we look for over the counter stocks to make recommendations on, we always look for volume, a good story and a reason for the price to go up. Here we have an excellent story. Here are the headlines:
FullCircle Registry Anticipates Positive EBITDA in the Second Quarter
Profitability in the Second Half of 2004

Beside that, more good news can be found in the Kentucky House of Representatives. (See that here)
While we believe that Full Circle Registry is speculative, we see the stock lost recent gains it made following the February 17 press release touting a great forecast on 2Q and profitability in the second half of the year. This makes the stock a excellent three to six month hold. Our target will be six months, although the target could be realized before then.
One Risk that Must be Brought to your Attention:
On 3/30/04 they filed form 12b-25 noting that they were going to be filing late on their 10-KSB. This is from the 12b-25:
"The compilation, dissemination and review of the information required to be
presented in the Form 10-KSB for the relevant fiscal year has imposed time
constraints that have rendered timely filing of the Form 10-KSB impracticable
without undue hardship and expense to the registrant. The registrant undertakes
the responsibility to file such annual report no later than fifteen days after
its original date."
I do not believe this to be a problem. I think it has also contributed to bringing some value to the shares. I would hesitate to pay more than 5% above the 4/2/04 close to make sure you get the greatest value with the least risk.
Target:
Six Months - $0.75
Released: April 5, 2004 prior to market open. Released to free list members after all trading closed on the same day
