Arotech Subsidiary FAAC Inc Completes US Army Driving Simulator Installations in South Korea and Germany; Arotech First Quarter Results Will Be Released May 12
    Business Wire - April 29, 2004 11:01

NEW YORK, Apr 29, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Arotech Corporation (NasdaqNM:ARTX) announced today that its FAAC subsidiary has completed installation of U.S. Army Operator Driving Simulators in US Army bases in Germany and South Korea. These international installations are the latest deliveries in accordance with the U.S. Army Training Support Center distribution plan, bringing the number of Army Operator Driving Simulators fielded throughout the world to 21.

FAAC Operator Driving Simulators are interactive, re-configurable training devices applying state of the art simulation to train motor vehicle operators. In March a full-motion simulator was installed at Kleber Kasern, Germany. In April a mobile simulator, installed in a 40-foot fifth-wheel trailer, was delivered to Camp Carroll, Republic of Korea.

"Our simulators can provide the Army with better driver training at lower cost," said Robert S. Ehrlich, Arotech Chairman and CEO. "Now these advantages will be available to soldiers training as drivers in Europe and Asia as well."

Ehrlich also said that Arotech would issue its first quarter 2004 results on May 12, after the close of the financial markets, with the earnings conference call to take place the next morning.
