American Fire Retardant
Corp. (OTCBB:AFRT) announced today that it is increasing its
development and production staff in order to fill the current demand
for the GLOVEBOX(R). These new positions are in the Santee, California
manufacturing facility and will allow AFRC/ASP to fully integrate the
development and manufacturing processes. The additional team members
are necessary to fulfill the orders for the GLOVEBOX(R) American
Safety Products has already secured for the fourth quarter of 2004 --
beginning October 1, 2004.

(OTC Bulletin Board: GFYF) announced today that it is in the process of
acquiring the Dionysus restaurant in Worth, Illinois for an undisclosed amount
of cash and stock. The Company anticipates that the deal will be completed
within the week, if all negotiations continue to move forward as planned
