للاسف السهم عليه اغراق من الشركة




آخر الاخبار ان GNTA

قد اتفقت مع احدى جهات التمويل

مقابل البيع من اسهمها بسعر 0.002

أي ثلث السعر الحالي المعروض

في السوق


الشركة يهمها حاليا الحصول على الكاش

و باي طريقة حتى لو كانت تلك الطريقة

لا تخدم الملاك و لا تساعد في

الارتفاع لسعر السهم



GNTA: Announces $10M PIPE; Common Stock + Conv Note + Wrrnts

Genta Inc (GNTA) announced on July 7, 2009 that it has entered
into definitive agreements with institutional investors to place
Units consisting of 30% of Common Stock and 70% of
Unsecured Subordinate Convertible Notes totaling $10 million
in aggregate gross proceeds before fees and
expenses. The Company is also issuing two-year warrants
to purchase
Common Stock in an amount equal to 25% of the number
of shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion
of the Notes purchased by each investor at each
closing. The closing of the first $3 million of Units took
place on July 7, 2009. Closing of the additional $7 million
portion is expected within
approximately 30 days. Shares of
Common Stock in the Units sold at the first closing will
be priced at $0.002 per share. The
two-year Notes will bear interest at an annual rate
of 8% and will be convertible at a conversion rate
of 500,000 shares of common stock for
every $1,000.00 of principal
