Salam Alikom dear brothers and sisters,
Excuse me if am writing in English , as you may all know, today was the AGM of Kuwait China Investment Company, the quorum was 51% and the shareholders were blistering against the management for the unreasonable delay in listing KCIC, in which the management replied, that the letter has been already sent to bourse on 30 June 2009 and still awaiting for a reply , once approved the company have to be listed with in 45 days from the approval notification.
I have taken the privilege and scanned the following files for your benefit, the attachment are as follows taken from the annual report of KCIC 2008:
