NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - 09/11/09) - NYMET Holdings Inc. (Pinksheets:NYMH - News), an innovative metals and mining company headquartered in Port Jefferson, N.Y., announces the successful loading and shipment of steel to Bayou Steel.

NYMET, through Arkansas based J&K Trucking, has successfully delivered 40 truckloads of steel to the Bayou Steel facility located in La Place, Louisiana and anticipates the completion of the first 1000 gross tons of scrap metal to be completed shortly. Bayou Steel has acknowledged that all the shipments have been delivered as per the agreed specifications and all shipments have been accepted without any claims or discrepancies. A second Purchase Order from Bayou Steel is already under negotiation for September through October delivery.
