TS&B Holdings Announces Advanced Pool Technology Signs Additional Contracts

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 20, 2005--Advanced Pool Technology, a subsidiary of Buehler Earth & Waterworks ("BEW"), subsidiary of TS&B Holdings, Inc. ("Company" or "TS&B") (OTCBB:TSBI - News), was recently awarded new contracts totaling $153K.
Advanced Pools was recently awarded new commercial pool contracts by CED Construction Partners for the Wickham Club Apartments and Welbro Construction for the UCF Student housing project. Both projects are located in the greater Orlando area.
The Company owns a 51% equity interest in BEW and provides management services to the firm. Advanced Pool currently has over $6M in the bid process. As previously announced, Advanced Pool is also under construction with Stonebridge, a $200K commercial pool, for Pulte Homes Veranda Park development located in Orlando, FL as well as projects for Wesco Fountains and Janus Builders.
The CEO of TS&B Holdings Inc., James E. Jenkins, stated, "We're very excited about the contracts recently signed with Advanced Pool. As previously stated, the company is now seeing the results from bids over the past several months. The company anticipates additional contracts to be awarded in the very near future."
