Bears stepped back today, letting end of the month window dressing take place, which will allow for better entry points. We wouldn’t make more of this rally than what it is; a bounce after a series of high volume breakdowns. The QQQQ, it should be noted, stopped short of the underside of its 200-day average. This is an ideal short set up for those playing the ETFs. Unless the downtrend breaks we need to not over think this rally too much and play by downtrend rules
