For the fiscal year ended 1/31/05, net revenues rose 30% to $1.23 billion. Net income increased 84% to $221.5 million. Revenues reflect strong new seat, upgrade and subscription sales. Higher income also reflects higher gross margins and improved productivity and efficiency.​

Autodesk AprQ tracking above plan -- Piper (30.11 )

With one month remaining in Autodesk's Q1 (Apr), Piper Jaffray's quarterly checks indicate that business is tracking slightly above plan, with two-thirds of the VARs in its checks confident that they will hit or exceed their Q1 quota. Looking beyond Q1, 87% of resellers expect Q2 will be flat or up vs. Q1, while Street expectations are for a down sequential quarter. Also, NPD data for Autodesk is strong through the first month of AprQ. Based on its checks, firm expects Q1 results slightly above Street consensus and upside to Street estimates for Q2 guidance.
