السهم هذا مغامرة كبيرة لأنه صاعد حاليا بدون أسباب واضحة؟؟؟؟ لأنه حتى الأن لم تكتشف كميات تجارية.

Risks Relating to Our Oil and Gas Activities
Because We Are In the Early Stage Of Developing Our Activities, There Are Considerable Risks We Will Be Unsuccessful
We are in the early stage of developing our operations. Our only activities in the oil and natural gas exploration and production industry have involved entering into three PSC's involving 3D seismic acquisition and exploratory drilling in India. We have realized no revenues from our oil and natural gas exploration and development activities and claim no reserves of oil or natural gas. As of March 15, 2005 a venture in which we have a 5% net carried interest in, has drilled and abandoned two wells, and is currently drilling the third well. We claim no reserves of hydrocarbons as a result of those drilling activities through that date. Our current plans are to conduct the exploration and development activities on the areas offshore and onshore India in accordance with the terms of the three PSC's we have entered into. There can be no assurance that the exploratory drilling to be conducted on the exploration blocks in which we hold an interest will result in any discovery of hydrocarbons or that any hydrocarbons that are discovered will be in commercially recoverable quantities. In addition, the realization of any revenues from commercially recoverable hydrocarbons is dependent upon the ability to deliver, store and market any hydrocarbons that are discovered. The presence of hydrocarbon reserves on contiguous properties is no assurance or necessary indication that hydrocarbons will be found in commercially marketable quantities on the exploration blocks in which we hold an interest. GeoGlobal KG#8 Drilling Update

CALGARY, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 4, 2005--GeoGlobal Resources Inc. (AMEX:GGR - News) announced today that the KG#8 well located within the Krishna Godavari Basin on Exploration Block KG-OSN-2001/3 ("KG Block") off the east coast of India has been drilled to a depth of 4,595 meters with what Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation ("GSPC"), the operator of the KG Block, and the Company believe to be encouraging results. The well is currently being logged and evaluated prior to further drilling and a more definitive evaluation of the results of the well must await completion of the logging. GSPC then anticipates drilling the well to a total depth of 5,000 meters after which the well will be logged, cased, and tested. The results to date are considered by management to be preliminary and should not be considered to be a final determination of the results of drilling the well. There can be no assurance that the well will be determined to be a ccommercially productive well.

بير وحده كشفوهاء فى الهند ووضعهاء جيد
الشركه تنقب عن البترول فى الهند وكشفة عن بير وقالة اناء بوضع جيد والبير غاز وهذا خبر لشركه اجابى جداء واتوقع
اذا سهم تجاوز 2.85 وبكميه وطلبات فوق 2.85 انه واصل انشالله 3.15 باذن الله ولكن الحرص واجب

وكل واحد مسئول عن قراره
