The Dow Jones Industrial Average surged 146.85 points, or 1.4% to 10449.14 as
investors reacted positively to jobs data and lower oil prices. The Nasdaq
Composite Index rose 1.8% and the Russell 2000 reached an all-time high of
662.14.
