Xilinx reported Q4 (Mar) earnings of $0.32 per share, which may not be comparable to the Reuters Estimates consensus of $0.28. Total revenues rose 20.8% year/year to $472.3 mln (consensus $465 mln). Co issued in-line guidance for Q1, sees Q1 revs of $477-496 (consensus $479.48 mln). Management also announced that the company's Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend from $0.07 to $0.09, payable on 5/31/06 to all stockholders of record at the close of business on May 10th.
