MANALAPAN, NJ--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 20, 2006 -- Americana Licensing, Inc. (R & R Licensing Holdings, Inc.) a wholly owned subsidiary of Americana Distribution Inc. (OTC BB:ADBN.OB - News) today announced that it has been retained by a consortium of seven St. Petersburg Russian Museums for licensing their spectacular collections of art and cultural treasures. These remarkable collections have never been seen in the West let alone been made available for licensing.

Americana Licensing possesses extensive resources to help in the successful building of major brands, trademarks, products, characters, inventions and more. As just one example, the State Museum Reserve, Peterhof Palace has thousands of 17th and 18th century works by Russian and Western European masters. Many of these works of art were brought to Russia by Peter the Great.
In addition to the Peterhof Palace, the other museums in the consortium includes: State Museum of Theater and Music; Academy of Fine Art; Central Museum of Communication; State Museum of Political History; Central Naval Museum; and Catherine Palace's Amber Room, a monumental masterpiece of Baroque art originally given to Czar Peter by Prussia's King Frederick William I.
