All-American Sportpark, Inc. engages in the management and operation of Callaway Golf Center (CGC). CGC is a golf facility located on 42 acres of leased land in Las Vegas, Nevada. CGC includes the Divine Nine par 3 golf course lighted for night golf, a 110-tee two-tiered driving range; and a 20,000 square foot clubhouse, which includes the Callaway Golf fitting center and Pro Shop, as well as the Saint Andrews Golf Shop retail store and a restaurant. The company was founded in 1984. It was formerly known as Sporting Life, Inc. and changed its name to St. Andrews Golf Corporation in 1988. Subsequently, the company changed its name to Saint Andrews Golf Corporation in 1994 and to All-American SportPark, Inc.
