Evans Systems, Inc. Acquires Rights to Market and Sell the Boondoggle Sports Network Internationally
ASHEVILLE, NC--(Marketwire - June 7, 2007) - Evans Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EVSY) has purchased the rights to sell the Boondoggle Sports Network (BSN) on the international market from HumWare Media Corporation (PINKSHEETS: HMWM). The Company has agreed to pay approximately 3.1 million shares of restricted common stock, which gives Evans Systems the exclusive right to market and sell the Boondoggle Sports Network outside North America. The Company expects to market the BSN to a growing number of countries with increasingly large sports audiences.
Evans Systems will initially focus on establishing a presence in the United Kingdom and will utilize management's experience and contacts to expand into other European countries. Evans will implement its strategy by approaching several of the major pub chains, advertising partners, as well as U.K.-based quiz companies. Over the last several years, interactive quiz games have increasingly become a direct competitor to the more traditional European pub games.

HumWare Media Corp. Receives Watch It Technology Stock to be Paid as a Dividend to All Shareholders of Record

GOLDEN, Colo., Sept. 17, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- HumWare Media Corporation (Pink Sheets:HMWM) is pleased to announce that the Company has received payment from Watch It Technology, (Pink Sheets:WTCT), so the Company can issue the dividend to all shareholders of record as of August 15, 2007. The distribution of the restricted stock dividend will begin on September 18, 2007.
The delay in issuing the dividend was due to the increased demand for HumWare Media Corporation stock prior to August 15, 2007, which increased the amount of shares that had to be paid to HumWare shareholders of record. The Company received shares of Watch It Technology, Inc. as payment for the sale of the international rights to market and sell the Boondoggle Sports Network (BSN) to Evans Systems.
