Acquisition to Include 500 Customers and Access Rights to 12 Denver-Area Class 'A' MDU Properties
These customers, which are USURF's first traditional DSL customers, represent approximately $26,000 in monthly revenues, with the per customer revenue exceeding $51.00 per month.
500 customers represent only a 14% penetration rate among the 3,562 units in the 12 MDU properties. They intend to increase the marketing efforts at the properties immediately and also capitalize on the increase in new tenants in the newly completed properties.
UAX did a whole 83,000 in sales last year. This new deal adds at least $312,000. They have 86% more customers to sign up!
The Children search engine adds over $4 per customer. Unlimited opportunity!!
