VIENNA, Va., Nov. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CEL-SCI CORPORATION (Amex: CVM - News) announces that it has received a letter from the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) stating that CEL-SCI has evidenced compliance with the requirements necessary for continued listing on the American Stock Exchange, based on the provisions of Section 1003(a)(1) and 1003(a)(2) of the AMEX Company Guide. CEL-SCI's continuing listing eligibility will be assessed on an ongoing basis.
CEL-SCI Corporation is developing new immune system-based treatments for cancer and infectious diseases. The Company has operations in Vienna, Virginia and Baltimore, Maryland.
