1. MORNING OUTLOOK

Pre-market futures are higher and suggesting that markets may open
flat to higher. European markets saw its second steep drop in a week on
Wednesday, sliding on trade war and U.S. dollar weakness concerns.
Asian stock markets fell sharply Wednesday as investors fled from equities
and the dollar into gold and other safe havens following Wall Street's slide
for a fourth straight session, growing trade disputes and terrorism jitters.


U.S. stocks posted losses as doubts about extended valuations amid
rising geopolitical tensions and widening investigations into the
mutual fund industry led to a fourth straight day of losses for
U.S. stocks Tuesday while the dollar fell to an all-time low
versus the euro. The Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 86.67
points, or 0.89 percent, to 9,624.16. The Nasdaq Composite lost
27.86 points, or 1.46 percent, to 1,881.75 while the Nasdaq 100
Index lost 29.05 points, or 2.17 percent, to 1364.70. The Standard
& Poor's 500 Index lost 0.91 percent while the Russell 2000 Index
of small-capitalization stocks lost 0.88 percent. Volume amounted
to 1.30 billion on the NYSE and 1.92 billion on the Nasdaq Stock
Market. Market breadth was negative, with Decliners were leading
Advancers by 1909 to 1356 on the NYSE. Nasdaq's Decliners were
leading Advancers by 1948 to 1215.

Dow lost 86.6 points to close at 9624. Dow is trading with negative
momentum below 50 day and above 200-Day MA. Dow is trading below
its key support level (9700) and showing signficant weakness. Dow
is also trading near oversold conditions. Trading above 9700 could
show strength for Dow while trading below 9600 could signal
further weakness to the previous channel (9400) level. DOW's
resistance levels are: 9743, 9869, 10023. DOW's support levels
are: 9503, 9383, 9276. Nasdaq lost 27.8 points to close at 1881.
Nasdaq is also trading in oversold condition and trading below
50-day MA. Nasdaq could see some technical bounce in the next few
sessions. NASDAQ is trading with negative momentum. NASDAQ's
resistance levels are: 1903, 1930, 1943. NASDAQ's support levels
are: 1869, 1848, 1833. Wednesday's trading could be cautious and
choppy.
