IPVoice Communications, Inc. (OTCBB:IPVO), today announced funding the next increment of a $1 million commitment toward an overall $5 million capital plan announced in August 2003 with the acquisition of IP Global Voice, Inc., headquartered in San Francisco, California. IPVoice initially invested $500,000 toward the $5 million capital plan. The investment to date in IP Global Voice will have the company's new Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service platform and network operational by January 2004. In January, IPVoice will begin the transition to move existing VoIP customers to IP Global Voice, providing customers with superior service quality and reliability, a full array of advanced features, and world-class customer support.
