1. MORNING OUTLOOK

U.S. stocks posted gains as blue chips rallied Tuesday on the news
of economy outweighed a batch of profit warnings, but losses in
technology held back the Nasdaq's gain. The Dow Jones Industrial
Average rose 106.74 points, or 1.06 percent, to 10,129.56. The
Nasdaq Composite rose 6.03 points, or 0.31 percent, to 1,924.29
while the Nasdaq 100 Index rose 6.46 points, or 0.46 percent, to
1403.28. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index rose 0.66 percent while
the Russell 2000 Index of small-capitalization stocks rose 0.47
percent. Volume amounted to 1.50 billion on the NYSE and 1.82
billion on the Nasdaq Stock Market. Market breadth was mixed, with
Advancers were leading Decliners by 1947 to 1360 on the NYSE.
Nasdaq's Decliners were leading Advancers by 1628 to 1565.

Dow gained 106 points to close at 10129. Dow is trading with
positive momentum above 50 and 200-Day MA. Dow is also nearing the
'Overbought' condition and could see some retracement in the few
sessions. Watch 10165 level for continuation of uptrend and 10075
level for potential pullback. DOW's resistance levels are: 10255,
10387, 10549. DOW's support levels are: 10002, 9875, 9763. Nasdaq
gained 6 points to close at 1924. Nasdaq is trading with side-ways
to slight positive bias in the last few sessions and could pick up
some positive momentum in the next few sessions. NASDAQ's
resistance levels are: 1934, 1951, 1979. NASDAQ's support levels
are: 1906, 1874, 1852. Wednesday's trading could be cautious and
choppy.
