1. MORNING OUTLOOK

U.S. stocks posted modest losses Thursday in a choppy session as
weakness in telecom and networking stocks kept the Nasdaq
Composite under pressure, while Eastman Kodak soared on news of
its major reorganization plans.

Dow lost 0.44 points to close at 10623. Dow is trading with positive
momentum above 50 and 200-Day MA near the top-end of its trading
channel. Dow is consolidating near the top end of the channel and
may be signaling continuation trend. Trading below 10570 could be
negative while trading above 10675 could build another trending
channel. DOW is trading with positive momentum. DOW's resistance
levels are: 10755, 10893, 11063. DOW's support levels are: 10489,
10357, 10239. Nasdaq lost 23 points to close at 2119. Nasdaq is
also trading with positive momentum and reversed from overbought
condition. Nasdaq could be vulnerable for further downside push in
the next few sessions. NASDAQ's resistance levels are: 2164, 2219,
2237. NASDAQ's support levels are: 2097, 2066, 2046. Friday's
trading could be cautious and choppy.
