LAKE HARMONY, PA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 23-08-2004 -- IceWEB Incorporated (OTC BB: ICEW) today announced that the company has declared a 10-for-1 forward stock split, to be distributed to all shareholders of record on September 30th, with an effective date of October 12th, 2004. All shareholders of record before the September 30th date will receive 10 shares of common stock in exchange for every 1 share of common stock.
