JP Morgan in Taiwan upgrades TSM to Overweight from Neutral, saying results of other foundries since TSM's Q3 results leads them to be convinced that the inventory adjustment process is likely to be over by end of 2004, and foundry production can track demand from 1Q05. Also, firm suspects that their 2005 forecast for TSM's volume shipments could be overly conservative.
