EMRISE CORPORATION (OTCBB:EMRI - News), a multi-national manufacturer of defense and aerospace electronic components and subsystems and communications equipment, today announced that its subsidiary, CXR Telcom Corporation, has received orders for $2 million from one of the three largest Regional Bell Operating Companies (RBOC) for delivery of telecommunications test instruments. The products will be shipped to the customer, one of the three largest RBOC's in the United States, by the end of December, 2004. CXR Telcom has already delivered from stock $276,000 against these orders, and the Company has made the necessary preparations to expedite delivery of required piece parts and assemblies to complete the balance of the orders by the end of the year.
The expected additional revenue, under a "Master Supply Agreement" from this RBOC, totals $3 million during the next 24 months.
