في ظل عدم وجود تقارير إقتصاديه اليوم سيتم التركيز على أسعار النفط والدولار وملاحظة أي بوادر للرالي الذي يحدث عادة في نهاية كل عام خلال أيام أعياد الميلاد

عاى شارت 30 دقيقه يوجد قناه هابطه ويشير حدها السفلي إلى 2120 و حدها العلوي إلى 2145 والناسداك بالقرب من الحد السفلي الذي قد يعمل كدعم اليوم لرفع الناسداك بإتجاه 2145 خلال يومين أو ثلاثه

What to expect over the next few trading days and into the end of the year


The S&P, as you may recall broke out above 3-year resistance in November and a few weeks ago broke out above a flag continuation pattern. The price on Friday threw back to the breakout point and on Monday the price held at support. Since we are looking at 3-year highs and since the current uptrend has been in effect since October, it is only reasonable to ask

how much longer can this trend sustain itself

The trend here is in fact starting to exhaust, but has a couple of advantages on its side that should push it higher this month. First there is the end of the year rally, commonly referred to as the “Santa” rally. This is normally brought on by underinvested fund managers looking to enter at year’s end to get themselves fully invested for their books. Expectation of such buying snowballs as traders also buy to take advantage of this price move

The second advantage here is the volume and technical indicators on the index. Volume has been steadily increasing and the indicators are showing continued improvement. When a stock or a market is beginning to reverse the first thing you want to look for is a rally into thin volume and bearish divergences. In this case, neither exist


The Nasdaq has the same advantages outlined above. There are a couple of disadvantages that need to be overcome however. First, the semiconductors remain weak and have yet to participate in the rally. They have remained at their lows and continue to show bearish divergences on several of their important indicators, in particular accumulation/distribution. Secondly, the Nasdaq, unlike the S&P, has not overcome long term resistance. 2160 represents long term resistance that essentially serves as a wall of sellers unless and until the price can push through

The bottom line is that we continue to expect higher prices as we move into the end of the year. Today’s trading could be more of what we experienced in yesterday’s trading, It is possible that the market could rally at the end of the day, or perhaps later in the week though. Remember the week is short due to the upcoming holidays
