We are profiling Arel Communications & Software Ltd. (ARLC) at $3.13 as a long-term strong buy.
ARLC focuses on offering effective integrated video, audio and data-enabled conferencing solutions for corporate-wide communications with Arel Conference, as well as advanced platforms to deliver media-rich live and on-demand e-training that combine the critical aspects of verbal and visual communication with Arel IDEAL.
We already profiled ARLC at $3.13 a year ago and gave a sell alert when it went to $4.20. Now it appears to be an amazing buying opportunity.
ARLC recently had a couple of weak quarters but we believe is due for another revenue upswing next year.
ARLC still has a strong cash position of $4.2 million which is a lot for a company with a market cap under $20 million.
ARLC has many large well-known client as well as several large well-known investors.
