السلام عليكم ياجماعه انا ابي واحد يكتبلي رسالة بالانجليزي حق موقع ستوك شارت كل ماجيت افتح الشارت يطلعلى نفس الشكل الموضح بالصورة ابي اقولهم شوفولى حل والا كنسلو اشتراكى ماصارت 20 مرة اسوي ري فرش عشان يطلع الشارت

هلا والله بوراشد يامرحبا

حبيبي انا بعد هم نفس المشكله مانى قادر استفيد من خدماتهم حاولت بشتى الطرق بس للاسف فشلت

السبب الرئيسى كان مشاكل الجافا نزلت الجافا وماكو فايده هم نفس المشكله بدأت تتكرر!!

كل مره يطلع مسج "السيرفر داون" لااعتقد بأن مزود الخدمه هو السبب لانى حاولت اغير الاشتراك وهم نفس المشكله


عموما عزيزيى اذا انت تبي تلغى اشتراكك تروح حق صفحة:-

Dear Customer Services ,
i am facing real problem along with other friends in the services of stockchart my proble is every time i log into your site i have to refresh in order to get the char i m attaching a copy of the message i m geting , i look to your assistant to solve this problem other wise i look to cancel my subscribtion it is is realy imposible to refrsh everry time i need a chart for your information the conectin i have 128dsl

it looks it is not oly me who has such problem but other of our group in kwait has such problem or simmilar

i look for you immediat assistan

يمكن لازم تسوى
clear history
وفى نقطه مهمه أخرى وهى من خلال tools الى internet options
تحت بند advanced

ارجو ألغاء علامة ( الصح ) على الاتى

Do not save encrypted pages to disk

Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed

خطوات أخرى
Delete Cookies

Delete Files and Delete all offline content حط عليها صح
