Morgan Stanley upgrades AMD to Overweight from Equal Weight and sets tgt of $25 based on their belief that AMD offers compelling long-term value and numerous catalysts to enable that value to be realized. They believe the co's absolute and relative weakness has been caused by the stock's previous strong advance and severe pricing pressure in flash memory, resulting in AMD's large negative Q4 earnings surprise. In the near-term, they believe that the co's overall business is tracking to expectations
