Any account owner is engaged as an "investment advisor" as that term is defined in Section 201 (11) of the Investment Advisor's Act of 1940 (whether or not registered or qualified under that Act).


Any account owner is employed at a bank or other financial institution that is exempt from securities registration and performs functions that would require registration or qualification if such functions were performed for an organization that was not exempt.


The definition of a professional user can vary between the individual exchanges. When signing an exchange agreement, please review it carefully and select the status that best fits your activity.
