Strat Petroleum Ltd., formerly F2 Broadcast Network, Inc., explores for, and develops, oil and gas properties in the Russian Federation. The Company will initially focus on development by targeting and acquiring licenses to properties with proven reserves, and, where possible, with commercially producing or capped wells. Strat Petroleum has also established contacts with a number of refineries that will allow it to have access to refined products for sale into international markets. The Company has identified several opportunities that are under review, including an interest in the Orenburg Region, west of the Ural Mountains in Russia. On July 15, 2004, the Company was acquired by Inese Ltd., and, as a result, changed its name to Strat Petroleum Ltd. Prior to the acquisition, the Company was engaged in the Internet video production business.
