SUBJECT: Organization Announcement
I am pleased to announce that Mark Miller, currently leading our Route Engineering efforts, will be consolidating our internal processes FOCUSED ON REDUCING DRIVER PAY. Effective immediately, he will have responsibility for the Driver Settlement Analysis Team (DSAT), the Geocom Route Engineering team, and also assume leadership for the Scheduled Order Team (SOT) – led by Jeff Thrasher in Houston. As with the Geocom Team, Terry Petersen will assist Mark with managing these entities on a day-to-day basis.
The DSAT has been launched and is operating in conjunction with local management to REDUCE DRIVER PAY. Active locations include:
• OKC/LA/ARK – Dee Donivan
• MN/IA – Terry Petersen
• CAR/TX – Lara Katz
• Upstate/Line haul drivers – Phil Abell
Mark will also work with Jeff Thrasher and the Network VPs to ensure that given recent reductions-in-force that we have the capacity either in Houston or in the field to manage the workload of scheduled order changes.
