Micromuse to be acquired by IBM for $10/share (MUSE) 7.21 : IBM and MUSE announce the two companies have entered into a definitive agreement for IBM to acquire the equity of Micromuse in an all-cash transaction at a price of approx $865 mln, or $10 per share. It is expected to close in 1Q06.
