Co reported Q1 (Mar) earnings of $0.12 per share, which includes stock based compensation expense and is not comparable to the Reuters Estimates consensus of $0.08. Total revenues fell 2.8% year/year to $444.9 mln vs. the $439.3 mln consensus. Co issued guidance for Q2, sees EPS of $0.10-0.11 (consensus $0.10) and revenues of $443-452 (consensus $452.53 mln).
