I agree with you that PCW will do a reverse split. The stock will trade at $10 after the split, assuming that it will be trading at $2 before the split, and whoever owns a 100 shares now will own only 20 shares then. This is good as it will reduce the number of outstanding shares and hopefully with earnings growth will increase EPS and the P/E ratio.
