CTR Investments & Consulting Enters Canadian Market

PASADENA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 7, 2006--CTR Investments & Consulting, Inc. (OTC:CIVX - News) announced today that it has entered the Canadian marketplace with its VisiTant suite of products.

Visitant will commence distribution in Canada through an upcoming series of joint venture and distribution agreements. The Company will form a new Canadian company to facilitate the Canadian roll out and through its distributor and joint venture alliances will offer VisiTant's extensive line of visitor management products for Facility Security, VisiTant HR, VisiTant Justice and Justice Premier products designed for the Bail Bonds Industry, Sheriffs Office's, Police Departments and Court Houses in the Canadian market starting in the Province of Ontario.
Visitant Canada will also offer the scanning and backup services of Holloway International, Inc. and Off Site Vaults, Inc. The agreement allows all three companies to expand their sales with minimal financial risk. CTR 's committed to growing its markets with the company's partners by strengthening and enlarging the distribution channel for all the participating companies. VisiTant's commitment to its working partners includes offering a broad and complementary product selection, competitive pricing, fast delivery, technical support, online ordering and configuration tools, system integration, sales training, and customer financing.
