أخبار سرية من احد أصدقاء أعضاء الشركة BHUB تتسرب حول الأندماج مع شركة TELA قريبا ...يعني بنشوف سعر BHUB يتحول إلى 0.080 !!!!! وهو سعر TELA حاليا ..... الله أكبر وبتشوف بإذن الله دموع الفرح في عيون ملاك السهم ألف مبروك مقدما ..وخلوا الأمر سر الحين ...

Even if BHUB/TELA does win in court eventually do you guys think we will see anything? Seems like TELA is holding up for the last few days in .05-08 range... THESE CROOKS MUST PAY
Believe I cracked the BigHub Corp swap code:
1. Florida:
a. 2/95 Coord Health Care - run by Tom Taule
b. 7/98 Changed to iSleuth
c. 4/99 Changed to BigHub - taken over by Frank Denny
2. Delaware: 5/99 moved Corp to Delaware
3. Florida: 9/00 Admin Dissolved
4. Delaware: 12/2001 Tax Delinquent $59+K
5. SEC: last filing 1/2001
6. Florida: 7/05 According to my read of the FL Statutes, Jason Wong (Reg Agent) was legally allowed to assume the name "BigHub"
7. Pinks: BigHub stock symbol was stolen by Jason Wong/John Sparrow (Director), pumped and traded.
8. Florida: 3/06 Wong's BigHub name changed to Advanced Growing (assume deal fell through for r/m as Advanced Growing r/m's into the Nevada Non-Lethal Weapons Corp)
9. Delaware:
a. 8/06 Unknown entity attempted to Reinstate BigHub (prob failed given the delinquent taxes would have had to been paid)
b. 12/06 BigHub Assigned a "Forfeited" status and "Agent Resignation without appointment"
10. Florida: 4/07 Yucatan gets legit BigHub reinstated
Here are the problems/issues:
1. Hijacked shares in the market
2. Yucatan does not have documented control of the company
3. In order for BigHub to trade again, I believe they would have to resolve the Delaware back taxes issue ($59+k)
4. Think this reduces the chance an SB2 will be filed with the SEC for the TELA tender of BHUB shares.
5. Think it increases the liklihood the TELA pink status was purposeful.
6. BigHub mgmt going silent to stockholders
