أخي العزيز الشعثاني الحمد لله على السلامة طولت الغيبة
وأنت تعرف أننا لانستغني عن خبرتك التي أفادتنا كثيراً

أخي فضلاً وليس أمراً

cshd شركة قد تذكر قصتها عندما ارتفعت من السنتات ووصلت 4 دولار وعادت مرة أخرى للسنتات بعد القضية التي رفعت عليها

ومنذ ذلك الوقت تقريبا سنة كاملة ونحن معلقون لانعرف مصيرنا فيها

ارجو منك الإفادة عن مصير الشركة ومديرها المحير الذي لاأعلم هل هو صادق أم كاذب

أنا اتابع منتدى ملاك السهم والذي مدير الشركة عضو فيه

لا اعلم عن صحة ان رافوس يكتب في المنتدى

و لكن كل المشاركات اللي ارفقتها توضح كما ذكر الكاتب ان الشركة

قد قدمت الاوراق و الثبوتيات لهيئة السوق و ان الشركة تسعى لانهاء

الاشكال القائم بالاستعانة بمكتب محاسبة و محاماة

و ان الموضوع يحتاج الى الصبر من الملاك و قد يستغرق وقت ( غير محدد )


المشكلة ان هيئة السوق .. ما احد يناطحها

و انهاء الاشكالات يحتاج الى الكثير من الوقت

و الصبر .. و الاجراءات


آخر توضيح معلن لملاك اسهم شركة cshd .. كان قبل عشرة اشهر تقريبا

لتقدم الشركة رغم كل الظروف

اخيرا لا بد من الصبر ... و البعد عن تعديل تكلفة الشراء مهما كانت

المغريات .. لان الاوضاع غير واضحة و قد تطول المسألة اكثر مما هو

متوقع ... كما ان الاخبار الرسمية المعترف بها غير متوفرة حاليا
