Revenge Designs Announces Closing of Regulation D 504 Offering

DECATUR, IN--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 16, 2008 -- Revenge Designs, Inc. (Other OTC:RVGD.PK - News), a specialty car designer and production assembler, announced today that it has closed its first round of financing using its Regulation D 504 offering. The proceeds were used for start-up costs, subcontracting, equipment purchase and its previously announced 10,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility. Included in the property purchase was a 3-acre block of land [/LEFT][/LEFT][/LEFT][/CENTER][/LEFT]that will be used for future expansion. The building, equipment, accounts receivable and land have been added to the Company's balance sheet as an asset.
