ATNG Inc. (OTCBB:ATNG) announced today the purchase of two Patents; one for medical products and one for data compression for analog communications.
According to Robert Simpson, Chairman-CEO of ATNG, 'We are pleased to be finalizing the acquisition of these two promising technologies from Pathobiotek Inc. Both are platform technologies with enormous potential. The purchase includes intellectual property, all related assets, trade secrets, trademarks, etc.'
HUMAN BLOOD BACTERIUM. ABSTRACT: The present invention reports a newly-identified human blood bacterium (HBB), provides a characterization, culturing and diagnostic methodologies therefore and methods for the treatment of pathophysiological states caused by the bacterium. The bacterium is apparently present in the blood stream of all humans in very low numbers, and appears to be directly or indirectly associated with several diseases such as chronic fatigue syndrome, multiple sclerosis and other 'autoimmune'diseases. Also provided are uses of engineered HBB.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR COMPRESSING AN INTELLIGENCE BEARING SIGNAL AND COMMUNICATING THE COMPRESSED SIGNAL FROM A SOURCE SITE TO A DESTINATION SITE. ABSTRACT: An intelligence bearing signal in the form of a string of digitized analog signals is communicated from a source site to a destination site. The signal is in the form of a string of digitized analog signal samples. A sub-string dictionary, a linked list and an ID list are provided at the source site and the destination site, and are used to compress the intelligence bearing signal for faster transmission.
'Royalties and fees from proceeds of products that have been derived from these platform technologies will pay for the acquisition,'continues Simpson. 'The Blue Kiwi line of nutraceuticals and health products will benefit immensely from the HBB1 IP acquisition.'
