DJ Deutsche Bank/DSL.net Inc -2: Owns 118.4M Common Shares
WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Deutsche Bank AG (DB) reported a 55.4% stake
in DSL.net Inc. (DSLN), according to a Schedule 13D filed Friday with the
Securities and Exchange Commission.
Deutsche Bank beneficially owns 118,421,053 DSL.net common shares,
the filing said.
Deutsche Bank bought the securities for investment purposes, the
filing said.
DSL.net provides high-speed Internet access to small and mid-sized
businesses using digital subscriber line, or DSL, technology.
