تم حل المشكلة حيث أنه يوجد ما يسمى باشتراك Real-Time exchanges
حيث يجب تحديد اسماء الاسواق مثل الناسداك وسوق نيويورك وغيرها من الاسواق وتكلفة الاشتراك الشهري لكل سوق على حد 2 دولار
وتم حل المشكلة بناءا على HELP الموجود في الموقع
You may have not subscribed for the Real-Time exchanges. In order to receive real time data you must pay for the proper exchanges(please note that only subscribers who are on a paid subscription may sign up for the exchange feeds for real time data.) Here is the link for signing up for Real-Time exchanges:
http://finance.lycos.com/home/reg/myaccount.asp then please select ‘Add Real-Time Exchanges’ Please remember it takes at the very least 15 minutes for most exchanges feeds to update and transmit real time data. Also, remember to login on the homepage, quote.com before accessing Live Charts.
Or you haven't clicked the links to activate real-time charts after logging in. After you log in you must click on the real time applet links on the left side of the page.
