انا املك في السهم من فترة طويلة ( تقريبا اكثر من سنة ) و لم افتح حسابي في اميرتريد من فترة 6 اشهر او اكثر ... اسهمي في cmkx موجودة و لكن لا يوجد امامها اي تداول او اسعار ... فقط رمز الشركة و عدد الاسهم و لا اعلم اي شيء عن الشهادات و ايضا اميرتريد يطالبونني بتحديث بياناتي و ايضا اثبات اقامتي في امريكا مع العلم انني لم اذكر لهم عند فتح حسابي بان اقامتي في امربكا ...افيدوني جزاكم الله خير

CMKX Update
I have made two MP3s the last couple days about the RUMOR I was just
given Thursday. I'll try to write the rumor in this news letter as
best as I can remember.
First of all the negotiations as to who will disperse the money, that
has been accumulating interest for the last 12 months, has been
settled. I reported about 1 ½ months ago a meeting on the 6th of
January that was key and this meeting failed to resolve the issue of
who would disperse money to shareholders. Now I am reporting the
scheduled meeting for last week had an agreement finalized according
to my source of information. I do not know who will disperse funds
but I know the SEC wanted to disperse and so did the company. I
would hope that the company would disperse funds but I do not know
the entity that was chosen. If this settling wouldn't have taken
place arbitration would have been the next step, now arbitration
which would have further delayed money dispersed to shareholders is
avoided.
This is what I have heard
Settlement on who disperses money
Big money managers are in the know
Shareholder receiving Funds could come as early as next week but
likely the first 10 days in March
Amount expected somewhere around .47 in a buyout/settlement
Those involved Chinese and a JV in buyout
The recent Chinese company that has came to the forefront is real,
CMKI
CMKH is a real company currently trading $40 and will be adjusted
trading to $5 to $8 dollars
ALL JVs have a total of 3.8 million acres of mining claims
ALL JVs are involved
ALL JVs will merge into one company and be valued trading at $1.50
per share
Members most of what I just wrote is as close to what was told to
me. Some of this is a little questionable but it will all soon be
brought out in the open and some of the above might have slight
adjustments but this is close enough for now.
When? I expect to start hearing about all this possible next week but
my source tells me likely right after the first of March and it will
move very fast.
I am also expecting a CIM IPO announcement within the above but it
will not be CIM. We can only guess which entity that company will
fall under. My guess would be CMKH but it's only a guess. I feel
this is the conglomerate we have all be waiting to hear about.
I still believe CMKX shareholders will get a Rights Offering and
Rights will have a money value. Date of IPO is mid year with Rights
having a couple months to exercise or be sold by shareholders.
Shareholders are restless and UC knows this. I believe all the above
will be put into full speed ahead because the company officials
understand the needs of shareholders. Because of restlessness even
Paltalk Rooms holding CMKX shareholders have broken up into four
rooms at this time. Arguments have taken place with all room guru
types saying they know what is going on but the only one that has a
clue is Roddy besides myself. Shareholders are begging for
information so I thought I would put this out in the open on record
just like my MP3s are on record for all to listen to.
WillyWizardsUnderGropund will survive. This room was not started
just for CMKX shareholders like a couple other rooms. The room is an
extention of my two Yahoo Groups that have been around since late
1998. The UnderGround is a room for everyone discussing many stocks
and recently we have had many 50% to 150% movers. Even if CMKX pays
us the UnderGround will remain open for stock traders and investors.
I'll be in the UnderGround tonight after 5:45 PST if you would like
to join and ask questions. I might even have an update about CMKX, I
am waiting for my source to get an update that will be forwarded to
me as soon as they get one.
BTW it's sad when friendships are meaningless when notoriety as an
opportunity to be a guru is presented to some. I witnessed this
last week when people that were once my friends showed their true
colors. I warn all CMKX shareholders to be careful, when you are
paid, watching for those that tell you they want to help you with
your money. You are far better off going in your own direction to
get certified assistance in what do that works best for your family
when it comes to placing your money in interest bearing entities.
Protect yourself and your family is what I am advising you. Don't
group your money into any group because eventually you will be
wronged by greed.
