Geta بصدد استاجار مكاتب و مختبرات جديدة بعقد لمدة 5 سنوات و بايجار 15 مليون دولار .

و سيتم الدفع بعد موافقة الfda على الدواء الجديد.

يتصرفون بكل ثقة ,

الرجاء الانتباه : الدواء لم يتم الموافقة عليه حتى اليوم بس كل الاخبار تدل على ايجابية الدواء.

2- هدف السهم : خلال ثلاث شهور : تمت الموافقة ---------------------- طاف السهم ال 5 دولارات
: رفض الدواء --------------------------- تفليسة 100%


السهم ممكن يتعرض لجني ارباح . و فرصه للشراء . و انصح بالبيع قبل اجتماع الfda : لم يحدد بعد و اظن خلال 3 اشهر من اليوم .

Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On April 5, 2010, Genta Incorporated (the “Company”), entered into an Amendment of its Lease Agreement with The Connell Company,
(“Connell”) a corporation based in New Jersey, whereby the Company extended its lease of office space in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey for
an additional five years until August 31, 2015. In addition, the Amendment extends the payment of approximately $2.0 million owed by the
Company to Connell that had been due on January 1, 2011, to the earlier of 1) August 31, 2015, 2) the date that the company receives an upfront
cash payment totaling at least $15.0 million from a business development deal or 3) the date which is 6 months after the date that the
Company receives approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for either Genasense® or Tesetaxel.
The foregoing summary of the Agreement does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the Agreement, which
will be filed as an exhibit on the Company’s Form 10-Q.

و صلت لل 12 سنت و ارتدت لل 2.25 دولار و عند رفض الدواء نزلت لل 0.65 سنت .

وجهة نظر اعتقادي ان السهم يمكن ينصاد الاثنين او الثلاثاء ما بين 0.12 و 0.15

مؤشرات السهم تدل على الصعود بس اكيد في ناس لازم تبيع و تجني ارباح و تاسيس على اسعار جديده.
الجميل في السهم التداول الكبير اكثر من 150 مليون سهم في اليوم يعني تقريبا تم تداول جميع اسهم الشركة خلال 3 ايام و كانت مضاربة شرسة خلال كل جلسة.
كنت متوقع نزول السهم يوم الجمعة في اخر يوم تداول بعد صعود 3 ايام و لم يحصل النزول بالرغم من تشكيل شمعة سوداء في اخر الجلسة تدل على البيع .

سعر السهم رخيص جدا مع العلم انه تم reverse split من 6 شهور و نزل السهم بدل ان يصعد .

رخص السهم+ كمية التداول الكبيرة+ الاخبار الجيدة الحالية+ انعدام اي خبر جديد = strong buy

سوق الاسهم ماله امان و سهم geta يعد highly volatile
